Value Creation and Company (VC&C) was set up in 2005 by the managing partners Jos Bourgonje and Aldebert Wiersinga. We have all been working as businessmen since the 1980s and later as entrepreneurial investors in innovative technology firms. The VC&C portfolio is now growing steadily.

Naturally, our participations often involve financing. A great deal can be achieved in this field with our funds, connections and background. However, we are not the ‘usual' supplier of risk-bearing capital. More important and distinctive are the experience, knowledge and skills, the network and the energy that we bring and invest - our ‘intellectual capital'. In this way you are able to achieve a better return with less risk. That is what makes VC&C unique and successful. Our mission is to actively support promising IT companies to the next level.

Look on us as a project developer in ICT, successfully combining technology, market opportunities, capital and people. We guide firms and support businessmen and women by helping them to make fundamental improvements in their business. In other words: we assist entrepreneurs and shareholders when it really matters. ‘Fundamental' means that substantial value is realized or maintained for the shareholders. We do offer what our company name promises.

Our ambitions are underlined by our own growth. The team of partners was strengthened at the beginning of 2008 with Ronald Wissink. We can count on a growing number of very good associates for our management & advisory services and for the hands-on performance of work.
